These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, ticket purchases and attendance at Jules Gentlemen shows. By purchasing a ticket or attending a show, guests agree to comply with the following terms.
Bookings & Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases and reservations are subject to availability.
Pre-paid tickets guarantee reserved seating for the selected show time. Walk-in entry may be available on the night but is not guaranteed and may be standing only.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that the correct date, time and number of tickets are selected at the time of booking.
Age Requirement
Jules Gentlemen shows are strictly 18+ events.
Valid identification may be required at the venue. Entry may be refused to anyone unable to provide proof of age.
Venue Entry
Entry to the venue is subject to the venue’s own policies and security procedures.
Venue management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who is intoxicated, disruptive, or behaving in a manner that affects the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other guests.
Dress Code
Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for a night out.
The venue may refuse entry to guests wearing clothing considered inappropriate or inconsistent with venue standards.
Behaviour at Shows
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, staff, and other guests at all times.
Inappropriate behaviour, harassment, aggressive conduct, or failure to follow venue or staff instructions may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Photography & Recording
Photography and video recording of the performance or performers during the show is not permitted.
Guests are welcome to take personal photos with friends or members of their group before and after the show. Photo opportunities with performers may also be available at designated times as directed by staff.
Recording, filming, or photographing any part of the live performance is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorised by Jules Gentlemen staff.
This includes video recording, live streaming, or capturing extended footage of the show.
Guests may be asked to stop recording or photographing at any time. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Intellectual Property
All choreography, show concepts, staging, music selection, and performance elements presented in Jules Gentlemen are the intellectual property of Jules Gentlemen and may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, or distributed without prior written permission.
Performer Interaction
Jules Gentlemen is an interactive stage show and guests may be invited to participate in certain moments during the performance.
Participation is voluntary and guests may decline.
Guests must follow any directions given by performers or staff during interactive segments to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone attending.
Event Changes
Show times, performers, or program details may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control.
While we aim to deliver the experience as advertised, Jules Gentlemen reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments where necessary.
Cancellations & Refunds
Tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased.
Refunds or transfers may only be offered in circumstances where a show is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the organisers.
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted with options regarding rescheduling or refunds where applicable.
Failure to attend a booked show does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
Late Arrival
Guests arriving after the show has started may be admitted at a suitable break in the performance and may be seated at the discretion of venue staff.
Late arrival may result in adjusted seating arrangements.
Liability
Guests attend Jules Gentlemen shows at their own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Jules Gentlemen and its organisers are not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage sustained at the venue except where required by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
Jules Gentlemen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
